MAutoSearch, llc launched in July of 2018 with the mission of enhancing the way Auto Shoppers and dealers stay connected via Mobile Devices. Co Founders, Skip Dowd & Ernie Blood have both been pioneers in the classified advertising industry for over 30 years and realized that current technology providers were’t providing enough tools to assist automotive shoppers move from an offline experience with a dealer to a mobile experience. MAutoSearch developed MCode™ to address this gap. With MCode™, a shopper can view a vehicle in a printed advertisement, brochure or Window Sticker and text the MCode™ to receive a link back to their vehicle of interest.
Over 50 dealers licensed the MCode™ service in 2018 and 2019 and thousands of shoppers have utilized the service. MAutoSearch provides a basic MCode™ license which dealers can use in their current marketing and advertising. Dealers can also purchase MAutoSearch’s Dealer Inventory Guides with embedded MCodes™ to assist in store and on the lot shoppers. Dealers can also provide the guides to shoppers in the community.
In July of 2019, after a year of development and testing, MAutoSearch released its new Facebook Advertising Product which leverages available Facebook Advertising tools to post up to 150 vehicles in a scrollable Carousel Ad in Facebook. The product builds shopper confidence in the dealers large selection of vehicles and directs shoppers to the dealers pre-owned search results page for more information. Simply put, dealers utilizing the MAutoSearch Facebook program are experiencing some of the lowest cost per website link in the industry.
In 2020, MAutoSearch is expanding its footprint in automotive and leveraging partnerships to continue their expansion of the now proven product sets.
